Chaitra Navratra Puja
"Chaitra Navratri brings the nine sacred nights of the Goddess. They fall at the start of the Hindu new year, in the month of Chaitra. These are among the holiest days in the whole calendar. Devotees worship the nine forms of Durga, one for each day. The first day honours Shailputri and the last honours Siddhidatri. Each form grants a different blessing to the seeker. Many keep fasts and light the akhand jyoti through all nine days. The Mother is said to walk close to her devotees at this time. She gives strength to the weak and wealth to the deserving. People pray to her for safety, courage, and a fresh start."
Baglamukhi Mata Puja
"Baglamukhi Mata is the eighth of the ten Mahavidyas. Her name comes from bagla, meaning "the one who silences," and mukhi, meaning "the face." She is the goddess who silences the voice of the enemy. Who paralyses the power to harm. Who freezes negative energy at its source. Her form is fierce, but her purpose is protection. She holds the tongue of her enemy in one hand, and a club in the other. Wherever Baglamukhi rules, no harm can move forward. Yellow is her sacred colour. Yellow flowers, yellow cloth, and turmeric are her offerings."
Holika Puja and Katha
"Holika Puja is performed on the night before Holi. The story behind it is one of the most powerful in Hindu tradition. Holika was the sister of the demon king Hiranyakashipu. She had a boon that fire could not harm her. When her brother ordered her to kill his own son Prahlada, a devoted bhakta of Vishnu, she sat with him in a roaring fire, believing she would survive and the child would burn. But the opposite happened. Holika perished. Prahlada walked out unharmed. The fire that night marks the eternal truth. Where devotion stands, evil cannot. Holika Dahan, the burning of Holika, is observed every year to remember this victory."
Lalita Sahasranamam Path
"The Lalita Sahasranamam is the thousand names of Lalita Tripura Sundari. The supreme goddess of beauty, wealth, and divine play. Each of the thousand names describes a different aspect of her form, her power, or her grace. She is Lalita, the playful one. Tripura Sundari, the most beautiful in the three worlds. Raja Rajeshwari, the empress of all empresses. The Sahasranamam is part of the Brahmanda Purana, and is one of the most beloved texts in the Shri Vidya tradition. To recite it is to walk the devotee through a thousand doorways of the goddess's beauty."
Shani Jayanti Maha Puja
"Shani Jayanti is the birth anniversary of Shani Dev. The single most powerful day of the year for any Shani puja. Tradition holds that Shani Dev was born to Surya Dev and Chhaya Mata on the Amavasya of the month of Jyeshtha. His birth came with profound spiritual force. Even Surya Dev, his own father, is said to have looked away from him at first sight, because Shani's gaze carries the weight of cosmic karma. To worship Shani Dev on his birth day is to ask the great teacher to soften his lessons and bring his hardest phases to a graceful conclusion."
Ravivar Vrat Katha
"Ravivar Vrat is the Sunday vrat dedicated to Surya Dev. Sunday itself is named after Ravi, one of Surya's many names. The vrat is observed by devotees who seek the Sun's blessing for self-confidence, recognition, and the dignified strength that only Surya gives. Tradition holds that those who keep the Ravivar Vrat with sincerity see their reputation rise, their inner authority grow, and their public standing strengthen. The vrat is especially powerful for those whose efforts have gone unrecognised despite hard work."
Pradosh Vrat Katha
"Pradosh Vrat is observed on the Trayodashi tithi, the thirteenth lunar day of every fortnight. The word pradosh means "the time at twilight," and refers to the sacred window between sunset and nightfall. Tradition holds that during this window, Lord Shiva dances on Mount Kailash while all the gods watch in devotion. Devotees who observe Pradosh Vrat receive Shiva's grace at his most joyful, most generous moment. The vrat is observed by households across India for the blessing of children, health, and the resolution of long-standing struggles."

"The Hanuman Chalisa is the most recited prayer in all of Hindu tradition. Forty verses written by Tulsidas in Awadhi, it tells the story of Hanuman's strength, his devotion to Ram, and his ability to lift any difficulty a devotee places before him. Tradition holds that wherever the Hanuman Chalisa is recited with sincerity, no harm can come. Families recite it before journeys. Students recite it before exams. "Brihaspati Var Vrat is the Thursday vrat dedicated to Brihaspati Dev, the cosmic teacher of the gods. Thursday itself is ruled by Brihaspati (Jupiter), the planet of wisdom, marriage, children, and dharmic living. The vrat is one of the most beloved in Hindu tradition. Unmarried devotees observe it for early marriage. Couples observe it for the blessing of children. Families observe it for the rise of fortune and the deepening of faith. Lord Vishnu is invoked alongside Brihaspati Dev, since both share the same expansive, benevolent nature."
Sundarkand Path Sangeetmaya
"Sundarkand Path Sangeetmaya is the melodic, musical recitation of the Sundar Kand. The fifth chapter of the Ramcharitmanas. The same chapter where Hanuman crosses the ocean, finds Mata Sita, faces Ravana's court, and burns Lanka. The Sangeetmaya version adds melody, rhythm, and traditional instruments to the recitation. Rigveda Yajna
"The Rigveda is the oldest scripture in the Hindu tradition. The first of the four Vedas. The Rigveda Yajna is the fire ritual built around these original hymns. It is one of the most powerful and most ancient yajnas in existence. Ekadashi Vrat and Katha
"Ekadashi is the eleventh lunar day of every fortnight. There are twenty-four Ekadashis in a year, and each one carries the blessing of Lord Vishnu. The vrat is observed by devotees who fast through the day, listen to the Ekadashi katha, and break the fast only on Dwadashi, the day after. Tradition holds that observing Ekadashi Vrat for a year cleanses every sin and grants the devotee a place at Vishnu's feet. It is one of the most beloved vrats in the entire Hindu tradition."
