Vastu Mantra
Vastu Dosh is defined as a deficiency present in a building – house, office or any other premises – that attract negative energies leading to destruction and disturbing the harmony. These doshs are caused due to erros while constructing the building or house that results in wrong flow of energy of the Panch Mahabhuts i.e. earth, water, fire, air and space. Vastu Mantra Deity
Kaal Purush or Vastu Purush is deity of Vastu Mantra. He is the soul or energy of a premises and and lies head down in the earh in an inverted position with his feet in the southwest direction, head in northeast, left and right hands in southeast and northwest directions, respectively. Vastu’s stomach is the abode of the universe creator Lord Brahma.

This is known as Vastu Dosha Nivaran Mantra. Vastu Dosha Nivaran Mantra removes Vastu Dosha. It is also used to do Havan.
ॐ वास्तोष्पते प्रति जानीद्यस्मान स्वावेशो अनमी वो भवान यत्वे महे प्रतितन्नो जुषस्व शन्नो भव द्विपदे शं चतुष्प्दे स्वाहा |

ॐ वास्तोष्पते शग्मया स र्ठ(ग्वग्) सदाते सक्षीम हिरण्यया गातु मन्धा । चहिक्षेम उतयोगे वरन्नो यूयं पातस्वस्तिभिः सदानः स्वाहा । अमि वहा वास्तोष्पते विश्वारूपाशया विशन् सखा सुशेव एधिन स्वाहा ।
